Coaching

At Tri 2 Win Coaching we will help you achieve your goals more quickly than you would by yourself, which can help enormously.

Another great way we can assist the athlete is by virtually eliminating the guesswork from the training plan, and even if you have a program that you are sure will work for you, that program is likely to need some adjusting and tweaking down the road when things change.

Whether you are a beginner athlete doing your first tri-a-tri or an experienced Ironman competitor, having a coach challenges you to be accountable and it focuses your attention, clarifies your goals and encourages you to aim higher.

The only requirement for you to get started is to have the basic equipment necessary to swim, bike, and run.

Training plan

  • Initial face to face meeting coach/athlete (out of town athletes => initial meeting via phone or Skype call)
  • Review of and previous training and current level of fitness
  • Evaluation of individual strengths and weaknesses
  • Development of short and long term goals
  • Options for key training sessions (group training, classes, or specific detailed sessions)
  • Review of training each week
  • Modifying of training unforeseen events, no extra cost applies
  • Guidance to develop race plans for key events
  • Mutual review of race results
